"Rosie, John, Adrian, and so many others, work tirelessly to provide such a high level of care to their residents at Alexandria Victoria. My mom lived here for her last 3.5 years, and I never once worried about her safety in this beautiful home. Her room was spacious and light, the food always smelled amazing, and all her needs were met. The outside areas are beautiful and full of plants and flowers. Every person working here is kind and gentle, well trained, and looking like they truly love their work.
My mom had dementia and was non-ambulatory, needing almost everything done for her. Moving her into this home was the best thing I could have done for her. It greatly lowered my stress level.
The paperwork was easy, and they took care of getting the insurance connected, so I had no trouble getting reimbursed. All medications, and changes to the medications, were handled expertly. Feedback on how they affected her was always given, and discussed with me to find the best solution for her.
I wholeheartedly recommend Alexandria victoria for your loved one's care!"
